30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Rare Visual, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy.

OUR 30 DAYS WARRANTY

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase*. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at service@rarevisual.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage,  or any abuse of the purchased product.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@rarevisual.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@rarevisual.com.

Shipping

To return your product, contact us at service@rarevisual.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All returns should be sent to the warehouse it came from, meaning warehouse in China.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Jewelry maintenance

Keep dry : keep jewelry dry and avoid wearing it when bathing and swimming
Sealed storage : prevent oxidation due to surface contact with air
Keep away from chemicals : chemical components will cause damage to jewelry
Avoid scraping : avoid collision and friction with hard objects to avoid electroplating wear on the surface

Shipping

1.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Please allow 1-3 Business Days for your order to be shipped (with up to 6 business days at peak times). Due to the popularity of our offers the average Standard Delivery Time is 15-20 business days (for most Europe and USA/UK/Canada/Australia). Christmas season is the busiest time of the year, therefore, delivery time frames may increase up to 30 calendar days. Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

 

2.WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

 If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

 

3.WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

 

4.WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. Usually, there are no custom or tax charges, however, there are always rare exceptions.
